Day 92

Good evening,

Monthly Assembly: This morning we had our monthly award assembly and participated in an activity with our house groups. Congratulations to Diyya who received the Risk-Taker Award this month!

Calendar: Today’s calendar was led by Neel. Great job Neel!

French: Please see Mlle Jessica’s blog for more information.

Phonics: Today, students reviewed the “ie” sound, letter, and song. Students used flash cards to practice sounding out words that contain the “ie” sound.

Lunch/ Recess 1

Math: Today, students reviewed subtraction. Students need to remember to be attentive to whether they are being asked to add or subtract. Students should continue to practice strategies for addition and subtraction in preparation for the Math Test tomorrow. 

Unit of Inquiry: Today, students worked on the written component of their summative presentations. Students have brought home their work in order to practice their presentation for Career Day on February 8th.
