Calendar: Today’s calendar was led by Mateo. Great job Mateo!
Spelling Test: Students completed their final Spelling Test
for this year. Students have developed strategies for sounding out words and
continue to build on their vocabulary and sight words.
French: Please see Mlle Jessica’s blog for more
information.
Writing: Today, students completed a writing assessment.
Students used pictures, labels, and sentences to write about their favourite
foods.
Lunch/ Recess 1
Unit of Inquiry: Today, students presented their collages to
the class. Students stated which two feelings they represented, and why they
selected each picture. Students highlighted how sometimes the same objects or
experiences can cause us to have different feelings. Students practiced being a
respectful audience, and asking questions to further our understanding. Great
work everyone!!
