Phonics: Today, students reviewed the “ue” sound, letters,
and song. Students used playdough and whiteboards to sculpt and draw words and
objects that contain the “ue” sound.
Lunch/ Recess 1
Arts Night Rehearsal: Today, students rehearsed their song “It’s a
Beautiful Day in the Neighbourhood.” Students are encouraged to bring in any
props that they need in order to practice the actions during our song.
Math: Today, students wrote their Measurement Math Test.
Students demonstrated a clear understanding of the different types of measurement
including length, height, weight, and capacity.
Art:
Students are working on a special Mother’s Day surprise to share with their Mom
on the weekend.
