Phonics: Today, students reviewed the “ie”
sound, letter, and song. Students completed an activity to practice printing
these letters and to identify words that contain the “ie” sound.
Lunch/ Recess 1
Math: Today, students practiced
word problems and how to create a number sentence based on a picture of
multiple objects. Students should continue to practice strategies for addition
and subtraction in preparation for the Math Test on Friday.
Oral Communication: Today, students rehearsed
their poems for next Monday. Students are practicing using a loud, clear voice
when presenting for a group.
