Good evening,
Remembrance Day Presentation:
We
observed a moment of silence, and discussed what a poppy represents, as well as
the importance of Remembrance Day.
Calendar: Today’s calendar was led by Armaan. Great job Armaan!
French: Please see Mlle. Jessica’s blog for more
information.
Music: Please see Ms. Hayward’s

Lunch/ Recess 1
Math: Today, students wrote the patterning assessment.
Students did a great job asking questions when they needed help, and creating a
positive learning environment by engaging in a quiet activity when they
finished their math. Well done everyone! Net week we will be starting a new
unit called Data Management.
Phonics: Today, the
students reviewed the “L/l” sound, actions and songs. They also completed an activity to practice writing this letter, as well as
identifying words that contain the “L/l” sound. Then Ronan, Diyya, Veer, and Ahaan presented their
Show and Share to the class. Thank you for bringing in an item with your
assigned sound!
Lunch/ Recess 2
