Calendar: Today’s calendar was led by Zane. Great job Zane!

Journal: Today, students wrote journal entries without being
given a sentence starter. Students enjoyed creative writing, and were
interested to hear the different ideas that their peers chose for writing.
Lunch/ Recess 1
Math: Today, students enjoyed our Math Olympics which
allowed us to review several concepts from the year. We were able to recall how
to tell time on a digital and analog clock, and how to add and subtract.

Announcement: Water Fun Day June 14
The SK classes
will be having a Water Fun Day! Due to the inclement weather during our field
trip to Chinguacousy Park, we decided to end the year off by having a Water Fun
Day on Thursday, June 14th at 9:45am – 10:45am. Students
can come to school dressed in their swimming gear as we will begin shortly
after the morning assembly.
What you will need to participate:
- Bathing suit
- Towel
- Water shoes, flip-flops, or sandals
- Change of clothes
- Water gun (optional)
If you do not want your child to participate, please let us know, and he or she will play on the play structure during this time.
