Calendar: Today’s calendar was led by Mateo. Great job Mateo!
Phonics: Today, students reviewed the “X/x”
sound, letter, and song. Students completed an activity to practice printing
and identifying words that contain the “X/x” sound.

Writing: Today, students completed
a writing activity for their Term 2 Report Cards. Students reflected on what
they have learned in different subjects this term.
Lunch/ Recess 1
House Game: Today, students
participated in a House Game as part of Spirit Week.
Unit of Inquiry: Today, students created
the planet Neptune. They discussed how this planet is very far from the Sun and
quite cold as a result.
Math: Today, students reviewed
counting by 1s and by 5s. Students practiced figuring out prices and how much
change to give by setting up a classroom supply store.
