Phonics: Today,
students reviewed the Long “I/i” sound, action, and song. Students completed an
activity to practice identifying objects and words that contain the Long “I/i”
sound.
Lunch/ Recess 1
Unit of Inquiry: Today, we finished the
rest of our Halloween Senses Presentations. Students demonstrated a lot of
creativity and found engaging ways to interact with the audience. Students also
practiced attentive listening throughout the presentations.
Christmas Concert: We have been rehearsing
our song “A Porcupine in a Pine Tree,” as well as a special surprise for the
Christmas Concert. Students are practicing entering and exiting the stage, and
singing with loud voices. Please encourage your child to practice the lyrics at
home as well.
