Phonics: Today, students reviewed the
“Th/th” sound, letters, and song. Today students used playdough and whiteboards
to practice writing and forming the letters “th,” as well as sculpting and
drawing objects that contain the “Th/th” sound.
Lunch/ Recess 1
Math: Today, students reviewed
counting quarters by 25s. Students are preparing for their Math Test on Friday.
Unit of Inquiry: Today, students read the
story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Students began discussing the life cycle
of the caterpillar, and how it transforms into a butterfly. Students created
their own paper chain caterpillars.
