Phonics: Today, students reviewed
the “Sh/sh” sound, letters, and song. Then Eric and Zayn completed their Show
and Share. Thank you for bringing in an item with your assigned sound.
Lunch/ Recess 1
Math: Today, students reviewed
the different coins including the penny, the nickel, the dime, the quarter, the
loonie, and the toonie. Students completed an activity to practice matching the
name of each coin with a picture of that coin. Students are preparing for their
test on Friday, April 13th.
Unit of Inquiry: Today, students watched a
Magic School Bus episode about traveling into outer space. Students recognized
the different planets, as well as other objects in space such as asteroids.
