Calendar: Today’s calendar was led by Jack. Great job Jack!

Journal: Students wrote journal entries with the sentence
starter “In 20 years I will…” Students had lots of different ideas about where
they might like to live or what job they might like to do in 20 years. Students
shared their writing with their peers.
Lunch/ Recess 1
Math: Students did a great job on their Geometry Math
Test. Students demonstrated their understanding of positions, 2D shapes, and 3D
shapes. Great work!!
Unit of Inquiry: Today, students watched a Magic School Bus
Episode about how plants grow. Students reviewed what plants need to help them
grow including water and sunlight. Students also made comparisons about the
growth of our classroom plants.
